Your Road Starts Here
Your Road Starts Here is an online platform we created to support young people navigating the transition into life after school.
We engaged in a co-design process, with young people across the Hunter, New England and Central Coast region to produce a comprehensive digital platform integrating advice, tools and stories arranged into six key categories relevant to navigating life after school.
The final result is a deep and wide offering bringing together videos of young people and clinicians, top tips, a digital journal, a song and a beautiful website designed with and for school leavers.
Your Road Starts Here was produced in collaboration with headspace using funding from the Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network.
