Will Small
Founder & Director
Will Small is a creative communicator committed to making content for social good.
Will has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in English and Philosophy from the Australian National University and a Master of Arts (Christian Leadership) from the Australian College of Ministries. In the past he has worked for charities and non-profits running social enterprises and working with young people. Will is well known for his work as a spoken word poet.
Will's services have been employed by numerous organisations including the the NSW Department of Education, the Central Coast Council, headspace, The Salvation Army, Transform Aid International, Compassion Australia and Baptist Churches of NSW & ACT.
Will oversees all Lead by Story projects with a collaborative approach to working with clients and creatives to produce work that will last.
